Hill-Carrboro. <br /> NEED: To issue to the following proclamation: <br /> We, the Mayors of Chapel Hill and Carrboro and the Orange County Board of <br /> Commissioners do hereby proclaim the week of February 20-26 , 1983, to <br /> be <br /> School Bus Safety Week <br /> We all wish to stress the importance of providing training for both <br /> riders and drivers and to impress upon them the need for being courteous <br /> and helpful to each other while riding or operating our school buses; and, <br /> We wish toicall attention to the importance of cooperation by parents, <br /> teachers and students, and to urge all those concerned to work together <br /> diligently to ensure that necessary safety precautions are taken throughout <br /> the school year. <br /> This the l 'th day of.
