The <br /> project shall at all times meet the requirements of the Orange County <br /> Soil Erosion and Sedimentation Control Ordinance. <br /> 10. Dense evergreen screening shall be provided for any <br /> buildings that are not at /east 500' from the property lines of the <br /> facility. These lines are the outside perimeter of the property <br /> described in the following conveyances: Deed Book 196, Page 527 and <br /> Deed Book 126, Page 30, Orange County Registry. This screening <br /> .,,. material shall be of sufficient size to provide a 6' hedge within 3 <br /> years of planting. Also acceptable as a screening material is a 6' <br /> birth or a solid wood fence. <br /> II. Any lighting of the runway or other parts of the airport <br /> necessary for safety or convenience shall be of a design and so <br /> located and screened so as not to create a nuisance to adjoining <br /> property owners. <br /> T <br /> 1.2.. All public improvements shall be maintained in � �^ <br /> perpetuity.
