Such plans shall include <br /> a site plan, showing the location of the enclosures on the <br /> property and in relation to existing dwellings and adjacent <br /> properties. Construction drawings of the enclosures shall be <br /> provided which illustrate construction, materials and the <br /> dimensions of said enclosures in compliance with specifications <br /> for animal enclosures. Provisions for animal waste disposal and <br /> potable water shall be specified and submitted to the Health <br /> Department for approval. <br /> (2) Iniia <br /> tl .Ins ectian - An initial inspection of the enclosure <br /> specified in the Ordinance shall be made. to determine that the <br /> enclosure conforms to the design and location specified in the <br /> Ordinance. <br /> {3} Follow-up Inspection - The Orange County Health Department, the <br /> Orange County Inspections Department or the North Carolina Wildlife <br /> Resources Commission shall inspect the enclosure specified in the <br /> Ordinance at least once during the period January 1 through June 30 <br /> and once during the period July 1 through December of each year or <br /> as deemed necessary by the Director. No such follow-up inspections <br /> shall be required during any such 6-month period in which the initial <br /> inspection was made unless deemed necessary by the Director. <br /> Ins ection Fee - Every person possessing or harboring a wild or dangerous <br /> animal, �ose premises are inspected by the Orange County Health Department, <br /> the Orane County Inspections Division, or the North Carolina Wildlife Resources <br /> Commissi n shall,pay the County a fee per inspection, as set and annually <br /> reviewed by the Board of Commissioners. <br /> Inv sti. ations - The Orange County Health Department, the Orange County <br /> Inspecti ns Division, or the North Carolina Wildlife Resources Commission <br /> shall in estigate any complaints that a wild or dangerous animal is possessed <br /> . , . - „_ _,_„ ,,.,,..,,+,,. ;., ...4,11,;t-inn of this Ordinance to determine <br />
