Permit Required <br /> Three options are possible which are as follows: <br /> 3A - This option allows the possession or harboring of wild <br /> or dangerau!s animals only if the animals are existing and have <br /> been registered. Replacement of animals would not be possible. <br /> Permit Required - Permits shall only be issued for animals existing in - <br /> Orange County and registered as of the date of tha,s ordinance enactment. It <br /> shall be unlawful for any person to possess or harborinn Prange County a wild or <br /> dangerous nimal as defined herein without first applying for and <br /> a <br /> obtaining permit from the Director. Furthermore, it shall be unlawful for <br /> any person to trade, breed,. sell or barter any wild or dangerous <br /> animal or their cages and any equipment used by or for the handling of <br /> said animals, unless exempted by the provisions contained in Section 4 <br /> of this ordinance. No permit shall be required for the uninterrupted <br /> transportation of wild or dangerous animals through Orange County. <br /> 3B - his option allows the possession or harboring of wild <br /> or dangerous animals only if the animals are existing. Required •- Permits shall, only Abe..-issued for animals existing-in <br /> Orange 'Cotjnty as of the date of this ordinance enactment or for an <br /> animal whi h replaces in the future a deceased animal previously permitted <br /> under this ordinance. It shall be unlawful for any person to bring into, - <br /> send.into,, receive into, possess, or buy (except as necessary to replace <br /> a previous y permitted animal of the same species) in Orange County a wild <br /> or dangerous animal.' as.defined herein without first applying forand.. obtaning <br /> a permit f 'omn the Director,. Furthermore, shad be unlawful for any .person to <br /> ..trade, breed.,.. sell. or barter any wild or dangerous animal, or their cages and <br /> any' equipm4nt used by pr for the handling of said animals, unless exempted by <br /> theprovisxons contained in Section 4 of this ordinance.
