<br /> Tract which lies within the approach area of the ..

<br /> Exhibit "A") to a height above the approach surface for that approach area
<br /> (as a o identified on the said Exhibit "A"), said approach surface being an
<br /> incli d plane with a slope of 20:1, i.e., one foot of elevation for each 20
<br /> feet of horizontal distance, located directly above the approach area, which
<br /> incl.in' d plane has an elevation of (mean sea level at its inner and
<br /> lower ledge along line AB as shown on Exhibit "A") 'and an elevation of
<br /> feet ( can sea level) at its outer and upper edge along line CD as shown.on

<br /> TEE GRANTOR, for himself, his heirs, successor's and assigns does

<br /> grant unto Grantee for the use and benefit of the public a right of flight
<br /> for the passage of aircraft in the airspace above the said Tract in
<br /> the a proach surface above the inclined plane as above described and as
<br /> shown on Exhibit "A", together with the right to cause in said airspace such .'
<br /> noise as may be inherent in the operation of aircraft using said airspace
<br /> for landing at, taking off from, or operating at the airport.
<br /> TO HAVE AND TO HOLD said easement and all rights appertaining thereto
<br /> unto the GRANTEE, its successors and assigns forever with the understanding
<br /> that these covenants and agreements shall be binding upon the heirs,
<br /> administrators, executors, and assigns of Grantor, and that these covenants
<br /> and agreements shall run with the land.
