Commissioner Marshall moved, seconded by Commissioner Willhoit, <br /> 26. to adopt the resolution authorizing the execution of an Annual <br /> 27. Contributions Contract for the Section 8 Moderate Rehabilitation <br /> 28. Program. (See page of this book for that resolution. ) Vote: <br /> 29. Ayes, 5; noes, 0. <br /> 30. 5. SECTION 8 HOUSING PROGRAM ADMINISTRATIVE PLAN <br /> 31. Commissioner Marshall moved, seconded by Commissioner Willhoit, <br /> 32. to approve the revisions to the Section 8 Housing Program Administra- <br /> 33. tive Plan (see pages of this book for those revisions) .
