If the supplier wishes to protest, he may <br /> first talk with the Unit supervisor. FRAUD <br /> Each program parti ipant, every participating landlord, and every Chapel Hill Housing <br /> Authority employee shall be notified in writing, at the beginning of participation, or <br /> of employment, of e practices that would consti±ute "Fraud" in the Rental Assn-stance <br /> Program. The lettir will also explain what kinds of actions will be taken, should <br /> fraudulent activities be discovered (see appendix) . <br /> When fraud is suspected, or called to the attention of the staff, the participant will <br /> be advised and asked for relevant verification.
