He or <br /> she will check units inspected by all Housing Counselors, in all areas of the program <br /> jurisii.ction, and of all housing types. A record will be naintained of all dons <br /> which have been d ( by the Unit Supervisor. <br /> In areas where there is an Inspection Department, and units are found with code vicr- <br /> latians which affect the acceptar a of a unit in the program, the Housing Counselor <br /> nay contact the Inspection Department. <br /> i <br /> VII. LEASE APPROVAL <br /> Generally our own l will be used; however if a supplier warts to use a different <br /> lease, the Housing Counselor and the Unit Supervisor will review it. If the lease <br /> does not contain and prohibited lease provisions, or any other punitive clauses, it <br /> will be approved. Sf the supplier wishes to add a "3O day clause" to the nodal lease, <br /> he nay do so. All leases will be for one (1) year, mini in. <br /> No paym ?ts will be made until the lease has been executed by the supplier, as well <br /> as by the program icipant. A copy of the lease will be kept in the participant's <br /> folder. <br />
