Robert Blowe <br />February 17, 2006 <br />Page 3 <br />The Orange County Board of Commissioners expects to make a final decision on <br />requesting a reconfigured STAG project at its regular February 215 meeting. The <br />financing of the reconfigured project represents an extraordinary variance from the <br />County's normal capital project funding program and process. The Board has <br />directed that staff acquire and provide all of the information in writing outlined <br />above as well as similar information from other concerned parties (the City of <br />Mebane and the Orange County Board of Education) so that it may make a fully <br />informed decision. <br />I appreciate your assistance in confirming this information as quickly as possible. <br />If I need to provide additional clarification or detail in this matter, please advise. <br />Sin <br />Paul K.
