We plan to work with <br /> these and other entities to host enrollment events at their facilities as well as to <br /> direct residents to make appointments at the regularly scheduled SHIIP counseling <br /> sessions held at Orange County Senior Centers and libraries. <br /> We will partner with UNC Family Medicine and other local primary care practices to <br /> advertise monthly Welcome to Medicare classes and the importance of reviewing <br /> drug and Advantage Plans during Medicare's Open Enrollment Period. These <br /> events and all outreach activities highlight available disease prevention and wellness <br /> services. <br /> We will enter all Client Contacts and Public and Media Outreach Events into <br /> SHIPTalk for the previous month by the 15th of the month and comply with other <br /> reporting requirements listed above. <br /> Page 8 of 13 <br />
