As you know, the <br /> recently completed Visioning Phase for this project has led to an approved preliminary floor plan for a <br /> new addition adjacent to the existing main entrance. (See proposed Passmore Center Addition Floor Plan <br /> REV 10/25/16 attached) <br /> We respectfully request a Basic Services Fee of$40,000 (Forty Thousand Dollars)for the design phases, <br /> bidding phase, and construction administration phase. The consulting engineering firms for the project <br /> did the construction documents in 2007 for the original building. Reece Noland McElrath Engineers will <br /> provide the mechanical, electrical,plumbing and fire protection design and construction administration. <br /> LHC Structural Engineers will provide the structural design for the project. Please allow$2,000(Two <br /> Thousand Dollars) for miscellaneous reimbursable expenses. <br /> Services not included in this proposal: <br /> 1. Renderings <br /> 2. Furniture selection and procurement <br /> 3. Testing <br /> 4.
