There is excepted, <br /> however, from the above described tract a lot 20 feet by 80 feet on the <br /> North side of said above described lot. Said excepted lot being now owned by <br /> the Orange County by virtue of deed from heirs of N. W. Brown. See deed <br /> from Sarah F. Webb (single) and Helen L.
