NORTH CAROLINA NOTICE <br /> ORANGE COUNTY <br /> On December 14, 1982 the Board of Commissioners of Orange <br /> County adopted a resolution to accept an offer made by John See lye, <br /> Hillsborough, North Carolina, for the purchase of a dwelling house located on <br /> property described below which is owned by Orange County. The terms of <br /> the offer are as follows; <br /> 1. Buyer will pay $10.00 to Orange County at closing. <br /> 2. Buyer will remove the dwelling house from the property <br /> described below within six months after closing. <br /> 3. Buyer will preserve the dwelling house upon a lot within the <br /> Historic District of Hillsborough, North Carolina. <br /> 4. Buyer will obtain a release in favor of Orange County from <br /> Annie 0. Riley from the lease she holds upon the property, which lease is <br /> recorded in Book 165, Page 242, Orange County Registry. <br /> The Board of Commissioners will accept the offer of Mr. See lye <br /> unless some other person upsets the offer contained in paragrapahs 1 through 4 <br /> above by offering, in writing, to purchase the dwelling house for an amount <br /> not less than ten percent (10%) more than the amount stated in numbered <br /> paragraph 1 above and by offering, in writing, to meet each of the conditions <br /> contained in numbered paragraphs 2, 3 and 4 above. The upset offer, to be <br /> consider d by the Board of Commissioners, must be filed with the Clerk to <br /> the Boar1 of Commissioners within ten (10) days of the date of publication of <br /> this notice accompanied by a cash deposit in the amount of five percent (5%) <br /> of the d Ilar amount offered. <br /> The dwelling to be sold and removed is located on property owned <br />
