Transit Representative, Duke Power Company <br /> (Advisory and non-voting member) <br /> The Technical Coordinating Committee shall meet when <br /> it is deemed appropriate and advisable and at least <br /> op.ce—quantexly. On the basis of majority vote of <br /> its membership, the Technical Coordinating Committee <br /> may appoint a member of the Committee to act as <br /> Chairman with the responsibility for coordination of <br /> the Committee's activities. <br /> 8. Airevised Operations Plan for continuing Transpor- <br /> tation Planning for the Durham Urban Area was pre- <br /> pared in April, 1974, under the direction of the <br /> Technical Coordinating Committee. The Operations <br /> Plan sets forth in detail the organization, agency <br /> responsibilities, work tasks, and financing required <br /> for maintaining a continuing comprehensive Transpor- <br /> tation Planning Process. The Technical Coordinating <br /> Committee will be responsible for maintaining the <br /> Operations Plan on a continuing and current basis <br /> and advisingotheisTrpsportation Advisory Committee <br /> and policy any significant changes that <br /> aTe required in agency responsibilities as they <br /> occur. <br /> 9. AlUnified Work Program for Intermodal Planning will <br /> be prepared annually which sets forth the transpor- <br /> tation and implementation activities which are to <br /> be carried out during the subsequent study year. <br /> The City of Durham Traffic Engineering Division shall <br /> be the lead agency responsible for the annual pre- <br /> paration of the Unified Work Program under the direction <br /> and supervision of the Technical Coordinating Committee. <br /> The Transportation Advisory Committee will have the <br /> responsibility for annual review and approval of <br /> the Unified Work Program. <br /> 10. An annual report will be prepared each year which <br /> priovides a brief summary of the continuing trans- <br /> portation planning activities and project imple- <br /> mentations that were accomplished during the pre- <br /> ceding year and outlines the current short range <br /> capital improvements program of transportation <br /> projects. The City of Durham Traffic Engineering Div- <br /> ision shall be the lead agency responsible for the pre- <br /> paration of the annual report under the direction <br />
