I, Paulette Pridgen Pond, Clerk to the Board of Commissioners of <br /> Orange County, North Carolina, DO HEREBY CERTIFY that on or about <br /> January 4th , 1983, I mailed, by first-class mail, postage prepaid, a Notice to <br /> each property owner of the Public Hearing to be held on the Preliminary <br /> Assessment Roll for the financing by Orange County of the local share of the <br /> cost of paving Dumont Drive (S.R. 1595), located in Eno Township, Orange <br /> County, North Carolina.
