(? 6 <br /> A meeting of the Board of Commissioners for Orange County, North <br /> Carolina, was held at Hillsborough, North Carolina, the regular place of meeting <br /> at 7:3° o'clock p.m., on December 14 19F2, <br /> Present: Commissioners 'Whitted, Lloyd, Marshall, Walker and <br /> Willhoit <br /> Absent: None <br /> *************************************************************************** <br /> The following resolution was read to the Board: <br /> FINAL ASSESSMENT RESOLUTION FOR THE FINANCING BY <br /> ORANGE COUNTY OF THE LOCAL SHARE OF THE COST OF <br /> PAVING DUMONT DRIVE (S.R. 1595), LOCATED IN ENO TOWNSHIP, <br /> ORANGE COUNTY, NORTH CAROLINA. <br /> WHEREAS the Board of County Commissioners of Orange County has <br /> elected to finance the local share of the cost of paving Dumont Drive (S.R. <br /> 1595), located in Eno Township, Orange County, as permitted by North Carolina <br /> General Statute Section 153A-185(4) and as provided for in North Carolina General <br /> Statute Section I53A-205. <br /> IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED THAT: <br /> 1. Orange County shall undertake financing of the local share of <br /> paving Dumont Drive (S.R. 1595), in Eno Township, Orange County, North <br /> Carolina. <br /> 2. That the basis for assessment for the local share of the costs of <br /> this project shall be frontage abutting the road at an equal rate per foot of <br /> frontage. <br /> 3. Orange County will assess the total local share according to the <br /> basis set out in number 2 above which local share represents approximately <br /> thirty-three percent (33%) of the total project cost. <br />
