Pursuant thereto: <br /> 1. Orange County shall undertake the financing of the local share of <br /> paving Mace Road (S.R. 1384), in Cheeks Township, Orange County, North <br /> Carolina. The amount to be financed by Orange County is estimated to be <br /> Eighteen Thousand Eight Hundred Thirty Nine and 02/100 Dollars ($18,839.02), <br /> including costs and attorneys fees. That portion of the costs of paving the above <br /> roads not financed by Orange County will be borne by the Department of <br /> Transportation or the State of North Carolina. <br />
