U dl <br /> 5. The assessments shall be paid in the following manner: <br /> a. Within thirty (30) days after the notice of confirmation of <br /> the assessment role is published, each owner of the property may <br /> pay his assessment in full. <br /> b. Any assessment not paid in full as provided above shall be paid in <br /> five equal annual installments with the first such installment, with <br /> interest, due when 1983 property taxes are due, and the remaining <br /> installments, with interest, due on the same date in each <br /> successive year until the assessment is paid in full. <br /> IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED AND ORDERED that: <br /> The total project cost is $70,655.02 and the amount to be financed <br /> and assessed by Orange County is $18,839.02, as follows: <br /> Total Costs Local Costs <br /> To be Financed <br /> By Orange County <br /> construction cost $70,000.00 $18,184.00 <br /> legal services $500.00 $500.00 <br /> publication and mailing <br /> costs $155.02 $155.02 <br /> Totals $70,655.02 $18,839.02 <br /> The County Manager is hereby directed to prepare a preliminary <br /> assessment roll which roll shall contain a tax description of each lot, parcel or <br /> tract of land assessed, the basis for the assessment, the amount assessed against <br /> each lot, parcel or tract of land assessed, the terms of payment and the name of <br /> the owner of each lot, parcel, or tract as far as can be ascertained from the <br /> County tax records. ■ <br /> After the preliminary assessment roll is completed, it shall be filed in <br /> the office of the Clerk to the Board of Commissioners, there to be available for <br /> public inspection until a public hearing is held on the said preliminary assessment <br />
