i <br /> 19A. Nondisturbance. The agreement to subordinate in Paragraph 19 is <br /> restricted to those mortgages, leases and other conveyances which <br /> specifically guarantee Lesser's right of possession against termination by <br /> foreclosure or other conveyance if Lessee is not in default. Further, no <br /> property owned and removable by Lessee Is subject to subordination. If the <br /> premises described in Appendix A hereto, or any part thereof, shall be sold, <br /> foreclosed or otherwise conveyed with subsequent attornment taking place <br /> this leas' shall continue as a lease between Lessee and the New Owner of <br /> said premises with the same force and effect as if the New Owner, as <br /> Lessor, m <br /> I d Lessee had entered into a lease as of the date of attornent; <br /> said leaf a continuing the same terms, covenants and conditions as those <br /> contained in this lease, including the right to renewal thereof. <br /> From and after said sale, foreclosure or other conveyance: <br /> (A) Lessee will attorn to New Owner and New Owner will <br /> accept sieh attornment. <br /> (B) New Owner will have the same remedies by entry, action or <br /> otherwise for the non-performance of any agreement contained in this lease <br /> for the recovery of rent, for the commission of any waste, or for any cause <br /> of forfeiture which Lessor would have had if the foreclosure, sale or other <br /> convey <br /> al <br /> ce had not taken place. <br /> (C) From and after the time of attornment, Lessee shall have <br /> the semis remedies against New Owner for the breach of any agreement <br /> contained in this lease that Lessee might have had against Lessor if the <br /> I <br /> premised had not been subjected to sale, foreclosure or other conveyance, <br /> including Liability for any act or omission of Lessor, any offsets or defenses <br />
