Repairs, painting, material moving and <br /> other similar work that may be done to the leased premises by or <br /> for Tenant sha1l be performed by any workmen employed, designated <br /> or approved by the Lessor. <br /> (12) T e Lessor reserves the right at all times to exclude <br /> bootbacks, riewsboys, (loiterers) , vendors, solicitors and peddlers <br /> from the buA.1ding, and to require registrations, satisfactory iden- <br /> tification and credentials from all persons seeking access to any <br /> part of the building, at times other than during ordinary business <br /> hours. ThelLessor will exercise its best judgment in the execution <br /> of such control but shall not be held liable for the granting or <br /> refusal of Such access. <br /> (13) T e Lessor reserves the right to regulate and control all <br /> parking lot and driveways including assignment of parking areas, <br /> and instituting traffic patterns. <br />
