Use premises for lodging rooms, gambling or any <br /> immoral purpose. <br /> G.1 Open windows while air-conditioning system is operating. <br /> H. Keep kerosene, burning fluid and other highly inflammable <br /> material on the premises without Lessor's consent. <br /> I. Make adjustments to heating and air-conditioning controls, <br /> plumbing apparatus, electrical fixtures and equipment, <br /> windows and doors, (notify Lessor if adjustments are <br /> required or desired) . <br /> Jw Install by anchorage, supporting or bracing devices <br /> into floor, wall partitions or ceilings. (Notify <br /> Lessor if any such devices are desired.) <br /> (8) T4e possession, selling or consumption of alcoholic beverages <br /> 1 <br /> or illegal drugs is strictly prohibited on the leased property, the <br /> I <br /> building orlthe grounds. <br /> I <br /> I <br /> (9) The Lessor shall not be liable for any damages due to <br /> stoppages or malfunctions of any sort of the elevators, heat and <br /> air-conditining systems, plumbing fixtures and the electrical power <br /> and lighting system. <br /> (10) Tkile Lessor reserves the right to make such other and further <br /> reasonable rules and regulations as in its judgment it may from time <br /> I <br /> to time deem necessary for the safety, care and cleanliness of the <br /> I <br /> premises, aid for the preservation of good order therein.
