Vote: Ayes, 5; noes, V. <br /> Commissioner Marshall moved, seconded by Commissioner Nillhnit, to <br /> approve the Minutes of November 22, 1982^ as corrected. RESOLUTION OF APPRECIATION AND COMMENDATION <br /> Commissioner Nhllhuit moved, seconded by Commissioner Marshall, to <br /> , adopt the Resolution of Appreciation and Commendation for Commissioner Norman <br /> • F.
