145 <br /> 828 <br /> 6.16.6.2,g) If a new accessory structure is to be used for a home <br /> occupation, the following criteria must be met: <br /> 1, The accessory building shall be set back at least <br /> 30' farther from the road than the residence. <br /> 2 The accessory building shall not be closer than <br /> 40' to the side and rear property lines. <br /> 3 The accessory building shall be adequately screened <br /> from view of the road and the adjacent property by <br /> a densely planted evergreen hedge of shrubs or trees. <br /> 4. Any outside storage of materials for use in the <br /> home occupation shall ha totally screened from the <br /> road and from adjacent property in the same manner <br /> as the accessory structure. The outside storage area <br /> shall not exceed 500 square feet. The minimum setback <br /> for the storage area shall be the same as for the <br /> accessory building. <br /> 6.7 Accessor,: Structures In Residential Districts <br /> Accessory structures shall not be erected in any required <br /> front setback or any closer to the road right of way than <br /> the residence, whichever is creater. This provision shall <br /> .apply to Iots with less than 200,000 square feet of area. <br /> On lots with an area reater than 200,000 sauare feet, an <br /> accessory structure shall meet all applicable dimensional <br /> recuirements. <br /> 4 <br />
