144 <br /> 82 rt <br /> 2.1.4 Appeal of Board of County Commissioners Action <br /> Every decision concerning a Class A Special Use Permit <br /> shall be subject to review at the instance of any aggrieved <br /> .oarty by the Superior Court by proceedings in the nature of <br /> certiorati. The appeal to the Superior Court must DE riled' <br /> within 30 days of the filing of the decision of the Board <br /> by the Zoning Officer in his office or the delivery of the <br /> notice of the decision to the applicant whichever is later. , <br /> Anneal of decisions by the Board since the adoption of the <br /> Zoninc Ordinance on Sectember :%, 1981 shall be made within <br /> 30 days of the adoption of this amendment._ <br /> 2.3,2.4 The Board shall give notice of matters coming before it by <br /> causing public notation to be placed in a newspaper of <br /> general circulation in the County.
