Carrboro will establish the following review schedule 'for <br /> projects within the Town's jurisdiction: <br /> • <br /> In general, the courtesy review period for all proposals <br /> submitted to the Town under the Joint Planning Agreement <br /> shall be thirty (30) working days. This period will <br /> allow the Town staff to review proposals and make recommend- • <br /> ations in a staff report prior to the proposal's being <br /> presented to any Town Boards. The Carrboro Planning <br /> Board Will be notified of all proposals received for <br /> courtesy review. <br /> The cdUrtesy review schedule for projects within the <br /> Town'sljurisdiotion shall be as follows: • <br /> A. For projects requiring a-Special Use Permit, the <br /> Town s review period shall' be a minimum of gifteen <br /> (15) working days before a final determination is _ <br /> made by the staff or the Board of Adjustment. <br /> B. Projects requiring a Conditional Use Permit shall <br /> have a review period of thirty 00) days.
