Blackwood to the agenda between <br /> items 4&5. <br /> Rick Cannity introduced Marvin Collins the new <br /> Planning Director to the Planning Board. <br /> AGENDA ITEM #1: Minutes - Action deferred for corrections <br /> AGENDA ITEM 42: Preliminary plat approval of John Hackney Heirs <br /> Subdivision. <br /> Kirk gave a brief presentation. He indicated the <br /> property was located in Chapel Hill Township on <br /> S.R. 1942 (Jones Ferry Road) . There is one lot <br /> (5. 00 acres) proposed out of 76.32 acres. Three <br /> lots have already been created through the minor <br /> subdivision process. The road proposed is to <br /> be a Class C private road from the state road to <br /> the lot. This lot is designated Rural Buffer <br /> and Water Supply Watershed in the Land Use Plan <br /> and is in the South Orange Fire District. The <br /> Planning Staff recommends approval. <br /> AGENDA ITEM 43: Fox Run Section 8 - Final Plat (for description <br /> of property see July 19, 1982 minutes) . <br /> The Planning Staff recommends approval. <br /> MOTION: Kizer recommended approval. Shanklin seconded. <br /> VOTE: Motion carried with unanimous approval. <br /> AGENDA ITEM #4: Carolantic Investment Final Plat (for description <br /> of property see September 20, 1982 minutes) . <br /> The Planning Staff recommended approval. Commis- <br /> , <br /> sioners approved 10/14/82. <br /> MOTION: Lunsford moved for approval. Walters seconded. <br /> VOTE: Motion carried with unanimous approval. <br />
