C. <br /> Dear Joe, <br /> In accordance with our discussion at the job site on Friday, <br /> October 15, 1981 and as described in my letter dated October 25, 1982 <br /> (attached), we submit our proposal to remove the plaster finish in <br /> rooms 139 and 141 and to install one heavy coat of silicone for the <br /> lump sum of $1,330.00. <br /> Listed below is a breakdown of this proposal: <br /> Remove plaster and sandblast brick: $ 1,300.00 <br /> Install Silicone finish: 250,00 <br /> Delete plaster patching: ( 200.00) <br /> Delete painting at existing brick w"|/s, ( 141.00) <br /> Sub-total $ 1,209.00 <br /> lu% Profit 6 Overhead 121J0 <br /> Total Amount of This Proposal $ 1,330,00 <br /> We trust the above is in order and a change order can be issued to <br /> our contract to cover this cost. We do need to proceed with the removal <br /> of the plaster and sandblasting the finishes prior to the installation <br /> of the hardware and operators of the jail equipment. Therefore, it is <br /> essential that we get approval for the above as soon as possible.
