This is comparable to the <br /> problem that was reported in the last change order affecting the second <br /> floor. Cost: S1330.00 <br /> A second need exists to install a door on the second floor for access into <br /> heating and air conditioning equipment rather than block up the opening <br /> and go into the equipment area from the roof. An old door will be used <br /> for the purpose with only an installation cost of 5276.00. <br /> In both items listed above this improvement whould be done at this time <br /> to save costs and particularly with sandblasting as it cannot be <br /> accomplished after steel is installed for the cbll b|otk. <br /> DoAcr; The door installation will permit our maintenance department to have access <br /> to maintain and repair this equipment far easier than with going onto the <br /> ronf. <br /> The removal of the plaster will prevent maintaining and painting the <br /> interior of the cell due to the probing and chipping of plaster oy <br /> inmates, <br /> RECOMMENDATION (S) : <br />
