<br />      			Commissioner Walker moved, seconded by Commissioner Gustaveson, to approve
<br />       		the addition of Carriage Trail, Surry Trail , Buckboard Drive, Stagecoach Drive
<br />       		and Landeau Drive in Strayhorn Hills Subdivision, to the State Secondary Road

<br /> 		•    the grant of $4,000 from the North Carolina Department of Cultural  Resources to
<br />  		^     help with the costs of architectural  services on the renovation of the Old

<br />   			D-8.  					JAIL CHANGE ORDERS
<br />      			The Manager told the Board these were orders for $7 ,330 to remove plaster
<br />       		from brick walls (similar to the change orders approved October 25,  1982)  and
<br />		y,    for $276 to install  a door which would provide access to the maintenance equip-
