This particular committee can be beneficial
in increased community involvement, public relations and the coordinating
of much needed volunteers.
Anytime there is increased monitering the level of care will usually
be more consi,6tant. Since the committee does not have investigative
authority more staff time will be required to work with the committee to
investigate alleged violations and continue a workable relationship with
the administers. This would be in addition to the regular mandated
supervisory visits into the homes. At present there are 16 homes including
one with a capacity of 89 and 2 other being licensed,
At this time we cannot state the amount of additional staff time required
to respond to the concerns of the committee. However, we will be happy
to co-operade.
0Grr•/G
1
1
1
