GENERAL ASSEMBL'(OF NORTH .CAROLINA SESSION la, <br /> 1 Before entering any domiciliary home, the committee or members of <br /> 2 the committee shall identify themselves to the person present at <br /> 3 ' the facility who is in charge of the facility at that time. <br /> 4 (e) The committee shall establish linkages with the <br /> 5 domiciliary home administrators and the county Department of <br /> 6 social Services for the purpose of maintaining the spirit of tha <br /> 7 Domiciliari Home Residents, Bill of Rights. This would include <br /> 8 identifying any alleged violations of the Bill , of Rights, <br /> 9 discussingl !them with the Domiciliary Rome Administrator if <br /> 10 possible, and reporting such situations to the county Department , <br /> 11 of Social Services, which has responsibility for resolution.; <br /> 12 (f) The committee shall prepare an annual report to the Board <br /> 13 of County Commissioners with a copy to the Department of Human <br /> 14 Resources ;containing an appraisal of the problems of domiciliary <br /> 15 care facilities as well as issues affecting long-term care in <br /> 16 general. <br /> 17 144 131c164. Cooperation.--In order for a domiciliary home as <br /> la defined bylG.S. 131C-51 (2) to be licensed under that subsection, ' <br /> 19 the home Ishall cooperate with the community advisory committee, <br /> 20 when such committee has been appointed by , the County <br /> 21 Commissioners." <br /> 22 Sec- 2. The revisor of statutes shall change all <br /> 23 ref.erencesIto G.S. 108-77 in this act to the appropriate section <br /> ja,.1 <br /> 24 as recodified by Seaticiiisl-or aapter 275, Session Laws ski. 1981. <br /> 25 Sec- 3.
