The Petition meets the 75% participation <br /> criteria. <br /> Approval of petition is required for completion of Orange County Participatory <br /> Paving Program procedures Mace Road was reprioritized to project #3 by the <br /> Board of County Commissioners on August 17, 1982, The Department of Transpor- <br /> tation included Mace Road in the 1982-83 Secondary Road Improvements Program <br /> for paving on September 30, 1982.
