NURSING HOME ADVISORY COUNCIL: Effective December 31, 1982, five terms expire; all terms <br /> are for four yearsland expire simultaneously. Mr. Schramm's term (appointed in August) <br /> will expire December 31, 1986. Some members have indicated that they may not be able tD <br /> commit to another full, four year term. Would. the Board like to advertise these positions? <br /> 2. MENTAL HEALTH BOARD: Jan Pinney's term will expire December 31, 1982. He is eligible <br /> for reappointment.' Would the Board like to advertise? I understand that he would like <br /> to be reappointed. , <br /> NEED: Vacancies exist on the following Boards <br /> YOUTH NEEDS SERVICE TASK FORCE: There are currently 11 vacancies on this Task <br /> Force. Lane Cook is the new chair and has set up a subcommittee for a membership <br /> drive. Attached axe three resumes (Michael Bramble, Sarah Tillis and Linda <br /> Reifanyder) recomm nded for appointment by the subcommittee. Additionally, I <br /> am including the r�sume of Robin Wells also applying for this Task Force. <br /> COMMISSION FOR WOMEN: Attahced are resumes of Elaine Parker and Meg Kemper, <br /> recommended by the Executive Committee of this Commission. There are currently <br /> four vacancies on this Commission; additional interviews are scheduled for this <br /> month. <br /> HILLSBOROUGH PLANNING BOARD: The Hillsborough Town Board has recommended Ronald <br /> Wagner for the posiltion created (and expiring February, 1983) by moving Nancy <br /> Goodwin to the tern expiring February, 1987, his resume is attached as is the <br /> letter from the Town Clerk. <br /> ENERGY COMMISSION: The status has changed; there are seven vacancies out of .16 <br /> seats; of those, fop= are representatives from Chapel Hill'and Hillsborough and <br /> Chapel Hill-Carrborp and Orange County Schools.. Those entities are being contacted <br /> for recommendation to those seats, <br />
