Blackwood. <br /> NEED: Property is located in Chapel Hill Township on SR 1723, New Hope Church <br /> Road, near the proposed 1-40 Interchange. There are 4 lots. proposed out of <br /> a 4.27 acre parcel on the south side of SR 1723. There are 94 acres on the <br /> north side of New Hope Church Road. Two lots have been created from the <br /> original tract. This proposal would create an additional 3 lots from <br /> the original tract. All lots have Health Department approval. The <br /> propery is in New Hope Fire. District. <br /> Dr_PACT: The proposal meets the lot area requirements of the Zoning Ordinance_ <br /> The adjacent property is used for residential and agricultural purposes. <br /> The final plat should have a 30 wide drainage easement on Lots 1 & 4. <br /> COMMENDATION: The Planning Board recommends approval of the preliminary plat with the <br /> 30' drainage easement. <br /> The Planning Staff recommends approval. <br />
