There is one lot (5.00 acres) proposed out of 76.32 acres. Three <br /> lots have already been created through the minor subdivision process. The <br /> road proposed is to be a Class C private road from the state road to the <br /> lot. This lot is designated Rural Buffer and Water Supply Watershed in the <br /> Land Use Plan and is in the south Orange fire district. <br /> Lr4PRCT: The proposal meets the existing standards for lot size in the watershed and <br /> is bordered by Phil's Creek. The area around the subdivision is wooded <br /> land.
