The Agency will in all solicitations or advertisements for subcontractors or employes placed by or on behalf of the Agency, state that all gµalified applications will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex or nation4 origin. The Agency will cause the foregoing provisions to be inserted in all subcontracts for any work covered by this contract so that such provisions will be binding upon each subcontractor provided that the foregoing provisions shall not apply to subcontracts for less than $10,000. 00 (b) The Agency shall keep such records and submit such repor s concerning the racial and ethnic origin of applicants for employment and employees as COG or the Concerned Funding Agency may require. c) The Agency agrees to comply with such rules, regulation or guidelines as COG or the Concerned Funding Agency may issue to implement the requirements of this paragraph- I 21.
