in a conspicuous place available to employees and applicants <br /> for employment, notices to be provided setting forth the <br /> provisions of this non-discrimination clause. The Agency <br /> will in all solicitations or advertisements for subcontractors <br /> or employes placed by or on behalf of the Agency, state <br /> that all gµalified applications will receive consideration <br /> for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex <br /> or nation4 origin. The Agency will cause the foregoing <br /> provisions to be inserted in all subcontracts for any work <br /> covered by this contract so that such provisions will be <br /> binding upon each subcontractor provided that the foregoing <br /> provisions shall not apply to subcontracts for less than <br /> $10,000. 00 <br /> (b) The Agency shall keep such records and submit <br /> such repor s concerning the racial and ethnic origin of <br /> applicants for employment and employees as COG or the Concerned <br /> Funding Agency may require. <br /> c) The Agency agrees to comply with such rules, <br /> regulation or guidelines as COG or the Concerned Funding <br /> Agency may issue to implement the requirements of this <br /> paragraph- I <br /> 21. Compliance with Cast of Living Council. The <br /> Agency certifies that it is and will remain in compliance <br /> with applicable regulations and standards of the Federal <br /> Cost of Liking Council in establishing wages and prices. The <br /> submittal by the Agency to COG of an invoice or voucher for <br /> property, s oods or services furnished under this con-tract <br /> shall constitute a certification by the Agency that amounts <br /> to be paid do not exceed maximum allowable levels authorized <br /> by the Cos of Living Council regulations and standards. <br /> 22. 1han!jes.
