If the work to be performed <br /> under thi contract may be subject to certain regulations <br /> issued by the Concerned Funding Agency. Information regarding <br /> these rel vant regulations may be obtained upon written <br /> request tc COG. If this contract provides for the development <br /> of system analysis products, models, electronic data <br /> processin�i systems , software and related services, the methods, <br /> material, ogic and systems developed under this contract <br /> shall be e property of COG, and may be used as COG sees <br /> fit including the right to re-use and republish the same <br /> without 1 . itation; but the same shall also be fully accessible <br /> for use by the Agency. <br /> 16. Identification of Documents. All reports, maps and <br /> other docu I ments completed as a part of this contract shall <br /> bear on the title page of such report, map or document, the <br /> following legend: "Prepared by (insert name of Agency) <br /> under Contract with the Triangle J COG" . The date (month <br /> and year) lin which the document was prepared shall also be <br /> shown. 1 <br /> 17. Interest of Agensx. The Agency covenants that <br /> neither the Agencyp nor anyone controlled by the Agency, <br /> controlling the Agency, or under common control with the <br /> Agency, nor their agentst employees or subcontractors , <br /> presently as an interest, nor shall acquire an interest, <br /> direct or �indirect, which would conflict in any manner <br /> or degree w, ith the performance of its service hereunder, <br /> or which w:uld prevent, or tend to prevent, the satisfactory <br /> performanc of the Agency's service hereunder in an impartial <br /> and unbiased manner. The Agency further covenants that <br /> in the per,r ormance of this contract no person having .�ny <br /> such interest shall be employed by the Agency contemp'lates <br /> ' <br />
