Nurabex: 732-8181 ext. 510 <br /> . <br /> PURPOSE- 7o consider correcting the approved minutes of the September 7" 1982 <br /> Board of Commissioners' meeting for clarification. <br /> The Minutes of September 7, 1982, the section in question, read as <br /> follows: <br /> Following clarification of the recommendation from the Planning Board, <br /> Commissioner Walker moved to approve the Clays A Special Use Permit request <br /> by Buck Mountain Development for a general aviation airport based on the <br /> findings of fact and with the conditions imposed by the Planning Board; ' <br /> Commissioner Nil1hoit seconded the motion with the amendment to discuss <br /> all the conditions, Commissioner Walker accepted. � <br /> The County Attorney has recommended the correction read as follows: <br /> Following clarification of the recommendation from the Planning Board, <br /> Commissioner Walker moved to approve the Class A Special Use Permit request <br /> by Buck Mountain Development for a general aviation airport based on the <br /> "/Findings of Fact" of the Orange County Planning Staff and the summary <br /> of the evidence presented at the public hearing contained in the Orange <br /> County Planning Staff's ''Findings of Fact" accompanying these minutes, and <br /> with the imposed conditions proposed by the Planning Board; Commissioner <br /> WiTlhoit seconded the motion with the amendment to discuss all proposed <br /> imposed conditions' <br /> If the Board makes this correction, it will provide clarification of <br /> the motion. <br /> RECOMMENDATION: As the Board decides. <br /> _ <br /> , <br />
