Interest of Members of COG and Others. No officer, member or employee of COG, and no public official or any local governmen which is affected in any way by the Project, who exercises any function or responsibilities in the review or approval of the Project or any component part thereof, shall w participa a in any decibion relating to this contract which affects his personal interest or the interest of any corporation parnership or association in which he is, directly or indirectly interested; nor shall any such officer, member or employee of COG, or public official, of any local government affected by the Project, have any interest, direct or. indirect, in this contract or the proceeds arising therefrom. 19. Officials not to Benefit. No member of or delegate to the Congress of the United States of America, resident Commissioner or employee of the United States Government, shall be Idmitted to any share or part of this contract or to any benefits to arise herefrom. 20. E ual Em to ent 222ortunity. (a) The Agency will not discriminate against any employee, applicant for employment or subcontractor because of race; color, religion, sex or national. origin.
