Government , a Department of the <br /> Orange County Government (hereinafter referred to as the <br /> "Agency" and the Triangle J Council of Governments, (herein- <br /> after referred to as "COG") . <br /> j W I T N E S S E T H T H A T: <br /> WHE#EAS, COG desires to engage the Agency to render <br /> ccertainjsocial services hereinafter described in connection <br /> with an undertaking or project (hereinafter referred to as <br /> the "'Project") which is to be wholly or partially financed <br /> by a grant from the Administration on Agin through NC <br /> Division of Aging (hereinafter, along with the appropriate <br /> auditing agency of the entity Making such grant, referred to <br /> as the " oncerned Funding Agency or Agencies") , said grant <br /> being (h reinaf ter referred to as the "Grant Contract" and <br /> identified as Contract for Social Services and <br /> WHERAS, the Agency desires to render such services in <br /> connection with the Project: <br /> NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises , and <br /> themutu 1 convenants and agreements hereinafter contained, <br /> the parties hereto agree as follows: <br /> 1.
