This amendment is required as a result of the delay in the <br /> release of funds from the State of North Carolina. The delay is due to <br /> the transfer of the Community Development Block Grant program from the <br /> federal government to the state. <br /> IMPACT: General Fund: <br /> Increase in revenue available for move to new 9,11 Center. <br /> Community Development: <br /> Amendment would entail no additional county expenditures. <br /> RECOMMENDATION: <br /> Approval. <br />
