It would either require <br /> removing the plaster and painting the exi§ting brick or plaster over the <br /> brick. It was suggested by Architect to lay a block wall inside brick. <br /> The Architect will he present to answer questions. <br /> Previous change orders approved by the Board: <br /> $1 ,866 Approved July 6 for painting of floors ~ <br /> - ' -- 5,700 Approved August Z for stabilization below slab floor <br /> $~�~�� <br /> ' <br /> - - <br /> ZWACT: The cost to lay 4" block wall and paint block ($2,234) is more expensive <br /> than removing plaster from existing brink and painting them ($1 ,150). <br /> RECOMMENDATION(S) : <br /> As the Board decides. <br /> ^ <br />
