<br /> IMPACT: The Planning Board has established a sub-committee to consider
<br /> an amendment policy for the Land Use Plan composed of Dr.
<br /> Gordon, !Dr. Irvin and Mr. Walters. The staff has prepared a
<br /> draft amendment policy for review by the sub-committee. Approval
<br /> of the moratorium would preclude consideration of any future develop-
<br /> ment prOposal requiring amendment to the Land Use Plan Until
<br /> an amendment policy has' been formulated and adopted.
<br /> RECOMMENDATION: As the Board decides.
