66,71 <br /> 8.4.7 Imposed Conditions <br /> The Board of County Commissioners or the Board of Adjustment, <br /> as appropriate, may impose such reasonable conditions upon <br /> approval of a Special Use as will afford protection of the <br /> public health, safety and general welfare, ensure that sub- <br /> stantial justice is done and eqUitable treatment provided. <br /> Such conditions shall run with the _land and use, and shall <br /> be binding on the original applicant (s1 as well as all <br /> successors, assigns and heirs. <br /> 8.4.8 Withdrawal of Application <br /> An applicant may withdraw his or her application at any time <br /> jay, written notice to the County Manager. However,. any <br /> drawal of an ap.lication after the •ivin of the first notice <br /> as re.uired in 8.4.4 shall be considered for the .ur.oses <br /> of Article 8 a denial of the •etition. <br /> 8.4.9- Effect of Denial on Subsequent. Petitions. <br /> When the Board of County Commissioners or Board of Ad'ustment <br /> as appropriate , shall have denied an application, the Board <br /> of County Commissioners or Board of Adjustment shall not <br /> receive another application for the same or similar peti <br /> affecting the same property or a-portion thereof until the expirati .. <br /> athia year period, extending from-the date of denial. . <br /> 8.5 Action Subse.uent To The Board Action <br /> The Zoning Officer shall within seven days cause notice of the <br /> disposition of the application to be sent by certified mail to <br /> the applicant and a copy of the decision to be filed in the <br /> office of the Zoning Officer. <br /> The Zoning Officer, in the case of approval or approval with <br /> iconditions, shall issue the necessary permit in accord with <br /> the Board's action. <br /> The Orange County Manager shall certify that the Special Use <br /> Permit with any imposed conditions is as approved by the Board <br /> of County Commissioners.or Board ofAdjustment4 as appropriate- <br /> . <br /> 8.6 Contents of Application For Approval of A Special Use <br /> 4 <br /> The application for approval of a Special Use shall be <br /> submitted on forms provided by the Zoning Officer.
