660 <br /> c) No more than 2 identification signs, not to exceed <br /> 16 square feet each and not located closer than 1 <br /> foot to the right of way. <br /> d) No adverse impacts such as noise or glare shall extend <br /> beyond the lot boundaries. <br /> 6.16.11 Recreational Facilities (Profit) <br /> The following restrictions shall be applied to for <br /> profit recreational facilities such as tennis clubs, <br /> swim clubs, raquetball, squash clubs, pitch and putt <br /> courses, amusement areas, bowling allies, skating <br /> rinks, shooting ranges, billiard and pool halls, in- <br /> door athletic facilities and such similar uses: <br /> a) The minimum lot area shall be two acres. <br /> b) No building shall be closer than the minimum require- <br /> ments of the district or 20 feet tb the public right <br /> of way or private property line which ever is greater. <br /> 6.16.12 Residential Accessory Building Setbacks <br /> The accessor_building shall meet all applicable setback <br /> requirements. <br /> 6.17 RESERVED <br /> 6.18 RESERVED <br /> 6.19 RESERVED , <br /> 6.20 Large Ground Absorption Systems (3,000 gals. per day) <br /> and Package Sewage Treatment Plants Prohibited in AR <br /> Districts and Rural Buffer Districts <br /> 6.20.1 Ground absorption systems with a design capactiy of <br /> 3,000 gallons per day or more and package treatment <br /> plants for sanitary sewage disposal are expressly <br /> prohibited in the AR districts and the Rural Buffer <br /> Districts as shown in the Land Use Plan except as <br /> may be approved through a Special Use Permit or a <br /> planned Development District. <br /> 6.21 Existing or New Mobile Home Parks <br /> 6.21.1 Existing mobile home parks that do not meet the standards <br /> set forth in Sections 6.12 and 5. sahll be considered non- <br /> conforming. Such parks shall not expand in any way, <br /> outside the existing developed portions, but shall be <br /> allowed to remove and replace units existing at the <br /> time of adoption of this ordinance within the existing <br /> park. Removal and replacement of units shall not be <br /> considered expansion of the nonconforming use. <br /> 6.21:2 New mobile home parks or portions of existing mobile <br /> home parks that have been previously approved have not <br /> had substantial improvements or do not have sewage <br /> disposal systems installed on the date of adoption of <br /> this ordinance shall meet the standards set forth in <br /> Sections 6.12 and 5.2 <br />
