<br /> mobile homes and which shall further prohibit the storage of junked or 'Unreg-
<br /> istered motor vehicles.
<br /> The grantee shall file with the Orange County Planning Department a
<br /> copy of the rules and regulations promulgated under this condition and main-
<br /> tain an up-to-date copy of the rules and regulations in the Orange County
<br /> Planning Department.
<br /> 6. The recreation areas shall be cleared and grassed, a hard surfaced
<br /> ' ,sketball court installed in Block D, tot lot built in. Block C. The
<br /> creation facilities and sites shall be open to the tenants of this devel-
<br /> /- ment at all reasonable times, periods fo'r maintenance excepted.
