60'7 <br /> c\�� - <br /> ' <br /> Letter Of Intent <br /> Page Two <br /> CONSTRUCTION SCHEDULE - A three year construction schedule is planned for completion <br /> of the park. Te � <br /> are that we be permitted to construct the park in four <br /> phases. Each phase will be a cul-de-sac. Each phase will be completed with water, <br /> p , ' <br /> sewer, electricity and road paved before occupancy. <br /> WATER - The park will have a community water system as approved by North Carolina <br /> Division of Health Services Division. The average daily water consumption should <br /> be about 32,000 gallons. The wells, distribution system and storage will all be <br /> designed by North Carolina Registered Environmental Engineer, Glen Davis, and ap- <br /> proved by North Carolina Division of Health Services. <br /> SEWER - The sewer system will be a Package Plant (Private Waste Water Treatment <br /> Plant). The State permit for this plant has been granted and a suitable plant is <br /> presently being checked out by our engineer. This system will also be designed by <br /> Mr. Glen Davis. Mr. Davis will also design the Sewer Collection System and super- <br /> vise the installation of both systems. This system will be installed to State <br /> approved standards. <br /> ELECTRICITY - All utilities are planned to be sub-terranial as much as possible, <br /> These include electrical , telephone and Cable television. All power supplies will <br /> enter from the back of the lots. All disconnect boxes, meter bases and other hard- <br /> ware will be kept as low as possible. <br /> ROADS - The road will be in a large circular configuration. This offers some natural <br /> speed control . The road will be 25' wide. The adjoining parking area will be 25' x <br /> 25'' The road edges, parking lots and mobile unit parking areas will be cleared "^ <br /> all necessary trees and graded to assure the easy movement of mobile units. <br /> road and parking areas will be well graveled to provide ample base. The road <br /> be paved and maintained by a reliable construction firm as each phase of the park <br /> is completed. <br /> STORAGE - Storage is an absolute necessity in mobile home living. Park rules will <br /> permit appropriate private storage houses, However, the Coulter plan has areas <br /> designed for additional storage. The areas will be developed into secured areas <br /> for storage of boats, campers, motorhomes, etc. <br /> GARBAGE - Private garbage pickup will be provided. <br /> RECREATION - Planned recreation areas in the park are ample. These areas consist <br /> of 1'19 acres. There will be court areas for tennis, basketball , volley ball . Also <br /> there will be areas for children's parks with some furnished facilities. These <br /> areas will be developed as each phase is developed. <br /> OFFICE AND MANAGEMENT - The park will have a front office with a display register. <br /> Management personne?—Will be able to be reached at all times. There will be park <br /> rules and guidelines.
