They received a <br /> Planned Development-Office Institutional Special Use Permit on March 1, 1982. <br /> The modificationinclurIPs the addition of a gasoline island with canopy, a <br /> flag pole and a radio antenna. <br /> The clarification is for the outside storage of wooden per poles, trans- <br /> formers, cable and wire spools. The outside storage areas are an accessory use <br /> to the primary use of the property as the Operations Center.
