Rev. Larry Carter who has served as a County appointee to <br /> the Rills °rough Planning Board. Rev. Carter was- reappointed <br /> in February, 1982 to a five year term, expiring- February, 1987. <br /> I <br /> The Town Board has further received a request from the <br /> Town's Planning Board asking that the term of Nancy Goodwin be <br /> switch with the term of Rev. Carter, since Ms. Goodwin's term <br /> – expires sboner, February. 1983. <br /> I <br /> The Town's request of the Board of Commissioners is to <br /> switch the terms of Rev. Carter with that of Ms. Goodwin to <br /> allow herlto serve the longer term. The County would then need <br /> to appoint an out-of-Town appointee to the unexpired term of <br /> Ms. Goodwin.
