Proclamation--Commissioner Gustavesno'mnved, seconded by Commissioner <br /> Marshall, to adopt the Proclamation, as amended by Commissioner Marshall , designating <br /> the Week of October 25-20 United Fund and United Way Week in Orange County. Vote: <br /> Ayes, 5; noes, O. <br /> 2. Appointments-- <br /> Commissioner Willhoit moved, seconded by Commissioner Marshall to appoint <br /> Judy McNeil and Virginia Weisz to the Commission For Women.
